HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

  • 10-14 Days from approval of quote and payment
  • Subject to change based on availability of garments and volume
  • Does not include shipping time

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN GARMENTS?

  • We accept client provided garments
  • Garments must arrive new and in the original box packed by the vendor
  • We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or misprints
  • We are not liable for any missing items
  • Blank garments can be shipped directly to our shop

HOW BIG SHOULD MY DESIGN BE PRINTED?

  • Standard unisex front chest: 9.5″ – 10.5″ wide
  • Ladies’ front chest: 8″ – 9.5″ wide
  • Front L/R pocket: 3.75″ – 4.5″
  • Maximum imprint size: 12.5″ W x 18″ H

DO YOU USE WATER-BASED INKS?

  • We use plastisol inks to achieve soft, bright, long lasting prints

CAN I COME TO THE SHOP?

  • We are not currently accepting in-person visits due to COVID19.

CAN YOU PRINT A SINGLE SHIRT OR A SAMPLE?

  • We do not print single t-shirts at this time

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

  • You make payment after approving mockups and a quote
  • We accept all major credit cards

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?

  • We notify you once your blank garments arrive at our shop
  • As soon as production is complete, you’ll receive a status update

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

  • We offer convenient curbside pick up at our Hartford location

CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • Orders cancelled before production begins are subject to a re-stocking fee
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun
  • We do not accept returns on custom printed products
  • If for some reason you are unsatisfied we will do our best to make it right
